When you place an order via our website, you are making an offer to Inka Fabric to purchase the selected goods on the terms described at checkout. Once your order is received, we will send you a confirmation email. A binding contract between you and Inka Fabric is only formed once your order has been accepted and processed.
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge may be added to your order where applicable.
All delivery dates provided are estimated and may be subject to change. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from delivery outside the estimated timeframe. Orders placed and accepted before midday will, subject to availability, be dispatched for delivery within 2–3 working days.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
We take every care to ensure that our product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, these are provided for general guidance only and are not intended to be legally binding. While we strive for accurate colour representation, we cannot be held responsible for any variation in colour caused by your browser software or screen settings.
PRODUCT SIZE & COLOUR
All of our products are handmade and hand-dyed. As a result, slight variations in colour between items are natural and part of what makes each piece unique. Sizes may vary by up to 5cm. By placing an order, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these characteristics.

ORDER
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@inkafabric.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
