We want you to love your Inka Fabric purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@inkafabric.co.uk with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back. We will confirm your return request within 2 business days.
All items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Non-returnable items: Sale items (all discounted items are final sale) and Gift cards.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. If you haven't received it after 10 business days, contact us at hello@inkafabric.co.uk.
Exchanges: We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Email hello@inkafabric.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage.
Gift purchases: If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is received. If not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
International Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not offer free international returns, but we do offer an extended period — 30 days — for our international customers. Please note that any customs duties, local sales taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable.

ORDER
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.
